Meet Our Founder

Hi, I’m Doona — mom of two, movement lover, and a passion-fueled founder who believes the only way to build something real is to do what you love.

Fitness has always been my anchor. Movement, my medicine. Then motherhood changed everything. I went from movement that fueled me — to days that left me drained. For a long time, I kept waiting to feel like my old self again — until one day, I realized I had to create a new version of me that fit this chapter of life.

I had 10 minutes a day — and I decided to make them count. I started focusing on my posture again through simple stretches and strength work. Every day, I consciously made the effort to stand taller, sit taller — even when I didn’t feel like it. And slowly, my energy and confidence came back. 

That’s how doonamoves was born — in the thick of returning to work and riding the nonstop wave of motherhood. After over a decade of teaching others the power of movement and posture, I knew it was time to create something more — something for us. For the moms who carry it all: the careers, the kids, the endless lists.
