Return and Refund Policy for doonamoves

At doonamoves, we are committed to helping you improve your posture and well-being with our thoughtfully designed wellness products, including our signature Posture Blocks. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Gift cards
• Discounted or clearance items (final sale)
• Digital products or downloads (if applicable)
How to Start a Return:
1. Email us at doonamoves@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at doonamoves@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging.
We will either:
• Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
• Issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Partial Refunds (if applicable):
• Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to customer handling may receive a partial refund.
• Returns requested after the 30-day window may not be eligible for a refund.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at doonamoves@gmail.com.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company—refunds may take time to post.
3. Contact your bank—there may be processing delays.
